Allowing Christ to show His love through you is a core biblical principle and part of the process of spiritual maturing. With a purpose based upon Matthew 25:35-40, Herbert Rogers, TLC Upper Room Chaplain, teaches the residents this key principle through a number of community outreaches/ministries.

Jail & Prison Ministry
Teaching and preaching the Word of God at various facilities.

Writing Ministry
Encouraging inmates in prisons around the world by writing and telling them about God or helping them further their walk with God.

Outreach Ministry
Showing the love of Christ in the depths of the neighborhoods where all the drugs, alcohol and gangs exist. Christ's love is spread through cookouts and donations of clothing, toys and other items.

Preaching Ministry
Preaching the Word of God at different venues as called upon.

Chapel Ministry
Serving different roles such as ushering, giving testimonies, etc. during the Upper Room Chapel services.
