The second six months of TLC’s program allows for a resident to help others to receive what God has taught him and continue the process of recovery and discipleship. The Resident Assistant program is designed to help a man discover and cultivate the gifts which God has given him by slowly taking on various responsibilities. During this time the men are given the opportunity to teach bible studies, lead worship and develop leadership skills. Men at this time also begin to explore options for their future such as college, bible school, employment and ministry, and develop plans in order to reach these goals. |
